TFW Kids are programmatic classes that focus on sports conditioning, learning safe weight lifting techniques, speed and agility training, and camp-style classes that include fun and games!

Typically, TFW Kids is good for kids 10 to 16 years old.

KIDS SUMMER CAMP 2019!!

TFW KIDS Summer Camps are FUN and POWERFUL 2-week sessions designed to:

  • Improve athletic performance!
  • Develop confidence in the gym environment!
  • Create goal-setting strategies!
  • Reinforce positive self-image!
  • Emphasize teamwork!
  • Learn gym safety!
  • Learn athletic injury prevention techniques!

SUMMER CAMP INCLUDES:

  • STRENGTH - Learn proper form and how to safely heavy using barbells and other free weights! Develop confidence in the gym environment and muscle strength!
  • CONDITIONING - Interval-style training uses light weights or body weight and emphasizes agility and quickness! Vastly improve athletic performance!
  • FLEXIBILITY - Rest and recovery are necessary for optimal athletic performance. Students develop flexibility and respect for giving their bodies the opportunity to restore.

WHO IS SUMMER CAMP FOR?

  • AGES: Middle School & High School
  • GENDER: All
  • LEVELS: All
    • LEVEL 1: For kids with a basic level of physical activity from school and/or recreational activities. Little or no experience in a structured gym environment.
    • LEVEL 2: For kids with an athletic background, including competitive sports. Some structured gym experience is helpful, but not required.
    • All students who complete a Level 1 session will be eligible to take Level 2.

All Sessions are 2 Weeks (Mon-Fri + Mon-Thurs) ~  Choose AM or PM ~ Pre-register for multiple session and receive discount!
