Personal and Small Group Training
One-on-one personal training is available for students who wish to focus on specific physical development.
Personal training is led by TFW and NASM certified coaches.
Personal / Small Group Training is available for single sessions or in packages.
Yoga and Flexibilty
Yoga and flexibilty instruction aids in physical recovery between workouts. Private instruction can focus on general flexibilty or sports-specific to address issues that are a result of repetitive activity, such as running or cycling.
Yoga instruction is provided by a 200-hour registered yoga teachers.
All equipment is provided (mats, blocks, props) but feel free to bring your own mat!
