WHAT TO EXPECT

Every new student starts with a 30-minute, one-on-one meeting with our TFW & NASM certified coaches. Fitness goals are discussed and health concerns are addressed. We take non-intrusive baseline body composition measurements and do fitness assessments.

A program is designed utilizing the Training For Warriors system to achieve YOUR goals. Most students are advised to attend 3-4 classes per week; built in recovery periods are a must.

Individualized nutritional guidance is provided and heavily emphasized. Student progress is monitored and celebrated as you BRING OUT THE WARRIOR WITHIN!

YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in, use the restroom, and store your personal items.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and traditional lace-up sneakers.
  • Bring a water bottle or purchase one for $1.
  • Bring your phone so that you can use Warrior Tracker to track your workout during class!
  • Classes start on-time and last 55 minutes.
